2. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without prior notice.
• Your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred across networks.
• Payment information is always encrypted during transactions.

3. Registration & Participation

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information.
• Delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors must follow conference guidelines.
• Delegates (non-presenters) are not allowed to present oral/poster sessions.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All fees must be paid through approved payment gateways.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Participants are responsible for applicable taxes and transaction charges.

5. Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Cancellation

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Transfer Policy

• Registrations are transferable to another person from the same organization.
• Transfers must include full details (name, email, contact info).
• Transfers are not allowed within 40 days of the conference.
• Transferred registrations are not eligible for refunds.

Event Cancellation

• If the event is cancelled by organizers, participants will receive full credit or a refund of the registration fee.
• Participants may also transfer to future events/publications.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content including logos, text, graphics, and materials are owned by CLS Event and Publication Ltd.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Photography & Media Consent

By registering, you grant permission to:

• Record, photograph, or film your participation.
• Use your name, image, and presentation materials for promotional purposes.
• Photography or recording of sessions by participants without permission is prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professional behaviour.
• Any misconduct, harassment, or disruption may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not responsible for:

• Travel or visa issues.
• Personal injury, loss, or damage.
• Technical issues beyond control.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

10. Event Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify speakers, agenda, or venue.
• Postpone or reschedule the event.
• Convert the event into virtual/hybrid format if required.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (payment gateways, email tools). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws under the jurisdiction of the organizing authority.
